Jalux is a subsidiary of Japan Airlines, they run the retail arm of the business for airport and in-flight Duty Free. At some airport locations, like Haneda and Narita, the Firm operates joint ventures with other recognised Travel Retailers, like DFS (Duty Free Shoppers), selling the typical range of Duty Free products sold for export to passengers.

Another significant Division is a retail brand called Blue Sky who are present in most of Japan's airports. Blue Sky have stores in the international departure and domestic airside areas selling a range of food products, local delicacies, sweets, chocolates and some travel gifts. The food range is presented in an immaculate format as is typical for Japanese cuisine. There is also an online pre-order site for this brand, but some of the products will not be Duty Free or Tax Free, because they do not qualify for such discounts. This can be checked with the retailer, when purchasing.

In the USA Jalux Inc have a retail Division, specialising in Japanese products, with some stores in California and an online presence.
