This Firm is based in Venice, Italy and is one of the giants of the mercantile supply business, providing catering, food supply, provisions and retail outlets to cruise, ferry and commercial shipping. Ligabue has the contract catering for various cruise lines and also ferries, including the Moby Line cruise ferries.

A subsidiary division, Linea Aeroportuale Sole (LAS) operate the Italian airport stores including Bergamo, Pisa, Rimini and Trieste. Most of these airports have flights to other EU destinations, so goods at actual duty-free prices cannot be sold. But, other goods such as perfumes and cosmetics will be sold at a discount and in Italy the taxes on liquors and tobaccos is quite low, so prices for these products will still be competitive compared to many other countries.
