Today, Schiphol is one of the the world's top travel retail locations, more like a shopping mall than an airport. Kappé Nederland is the largest retailer at this international hub with duty-free and tax-free stores continuing to sell perfumes and cosmetics, but now a major seller of sunglasses too.

Some of the luxury brands represented by the Firm are distributed to airlines for in-flight duty-free shops, whilst other operations include tax-free sales and distribution to Military stores and some travel retail stores in Asia.
