The JR Group or James Richardson is a family founded business with airport retail interests in Australia and New Zealand. It also operates off-airport stores, better known as 'Downtown Duty Free', where goods can be purchased by travellers in the city and then delivered at the airport on their departure.

JR Duty Free are now a major retailer at Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion airport, where the Firm operate a 'buy on departure, collect on arrival' system, a form of arrivals duty free shopping. In New Zealand, at the airports of Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington, the company have shops which can sell duty-free goods on both arrival and departure.

The Firm also runs Gift, Watch and Luxury Boutiques, operated in conjunction with major Brand names.
