This is an International ferry port and if your ship is travelling to an international destination, you will be able to buy duty free goods on board. You will not be able to buy tax-free or duty free goods if your ferry is a domestic sailing, within the same country.

Singapore Ferries operate to Indonesia and Malaysia. Duty Free sales are permitted to these destination if your ship has a shop on board, but many of these ferries do not have an onboard shop. Port Shops are more common in this region, so please check this section for details. In Batam and Bintan, many goods are sold duty free. Tobacco products, (cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco) into Singapore are restricted.
